Call us at 785-738-2218 during normal business hours to upgrade/downgrade or cancel your NCKCN service(s). We apologize for any inconvenience, but upgrading/downgrading or canceling services cannot be completed online at this time.

- Monday – Friday (8am – 5pm Central)
Before downgrading/canceling your service(s), please note:
- If you have obtained a NCKCN service or services through a special, promotion, and/or have signed a 2 year contract, early downgrading/cancellation penalties may apply if you downgrade/cancel before the end of your committed term.
- For your protection, we must speak to the account owner to upgrade/downgrade or cancel your account.
- Upgrading/Downgrading or cancellation requests received on a holiday will be handled on the next regular business day.
- Upgrading/Downgrading or cancellation requests received on weekends will be handled on the next regular business day.
By the way, if you are relocating, we might be able to move your service(s) to your new address. Simply view NCKCN’s Locations page and give us a call.
