NCKCN FTP and Web Page Policy

This article is to act as a guideline for using the NCKCN FTP and Web Pages. We reserve the right to change these policies at anytime.

 

FTP POLICY

  1. The user has free use of FTP as long as there is no illegal activity or usage of FTP in accordance with any and all telecommunication laws and restrictions. The user has free use of FTP as long as there is no transmitting of executable files or programs, unless prior authorization and approval has been arranged through NCKCN.
  2. The user has free use of FTP to download any and all shareware for public use on the NCKCN servers.
  3. The user has the responsibility to inform NCKCN of any activities they find that are not in accordance to the policies.
  4. The user has free use of FTP as long as there is no transmitting of inappropriate, offensive, political, racists, or gender bias material to the NCKCN system.
  5. The user cannot use the NCKCN system to mass distribute or resale any material or property private or public except by expressed permission from NCKCN.

 

WEB PAGE POLICY

  1. The user has free use to create and maintain HTML Documents as long as there is no illegal activity or usage in accordance with any and all telecommunication laws and restrictions.
  2. The user has free use to create and maintain HTML Documents as long as there is no transmitting of executable files or programs without exception.
  3. The user has the responsibility to inform NCKCN of any activities they find that are not in accordance to the policies.
  4. The user has free use to create and maintain HTML Documents as long as there is no transmitting of inappropriate, offensive, political, racist, or gender bias material to the NCKCN system.
  5. The user cannot use the NCKCN system to mass distribute or resale any material or property, private or public, except by expressed permission from NCKCN.
  6. The user cannot use the NCKCN system to advertise for a group, business or any entity that is not a member of the NCKCN System. NCKCN reserves the right to revoke any privileges that are abused. Violations can result in immediate expulsion from the NCKCN System.
